MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE (ToS)
1-) Account Registration & Security: When registering for Rohan2 Global, the user is required to provide accurate and verifiable information. The player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials (username, salted password hash, security PIN, and character deletion code). Rohan2 Game Services is not liable for account compromises resulting from shared passwords, phishing, or insecure local devices.
2-) Account Ownership & Sharing: Accounts are personal to the registered user. Sharing accounts with third parties is strictly discouraged. Rohan2 Game Services accepts no liability for loss of items, character alterations, or bans resulting from account sharing.
3-) Prohibition of Account Selling: Selling, transferring, leasing, or auctioning Rohan2 Global accounts, characters, or virtual items for real-world currency or external platform goods is strictly forbidden.
4-) Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy: The use of any unauthorized third-party software, including but not limited to bots, auto-clickers, macros, speed hacks, memory injectors, wallhacks, packet manipulators, or radar tools, is strictly prohibited. Detection leads to immediate permanent hardware (HWID) and account suspension.
5-) Exploits & Bug Reporting: Players who discover bugs, item duplication vulnerabilities, geometry breaches, or unintended system exploits must immediately report them to the management team via the official Support Ticket system. Exploiting or concealing bugs is grounds for permanent termination of all associated accounts.
6-) Map & Terrain Integrity: Intentionally glitching into restricted map areas, unrendered coordinates, or safe zones to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt gameplay is strictly prohibited.
7-) Community Conduct & Harassment: Defamation, hate speech, racism, harassment, severe insults, sexual harassment, or toxic behavior in in-game chat channels (Shout, Whisper, Guild, Party) or official community platforms is strictly forbidden.
8-) Staff Impersonation: Impersonating a Game Master (GM), Game Administrator (GA), developer, or support representative is strictly forbidden and results in immediate permanent ban.
9-) Staff Interaction & Respect: Game Administrators will never ask for your account password or security PIN. Players are required to treat staff members with respect and follow official instructions.
10-) Scamming & Fraud: Deceiving other players through counterfeit trade windows, bait-and-switch tactics, or deceptive item listings is prohibited and subject to item confiscation and account suspension.
11-) Guild Wars & Event Fairness: Win-trading, match-fixing, tournament collusion, or feeding kills in ranked events or Guild Wars is forbidden.
12-) Real Money Trading (RMT) Prohibition: Purchasing or attempting to purchase in-game items, Dragon Coins (EP), or Yang from third-party websites or external individuals for fiat currency is strictly forbidden. Management reserves the right to suspend all involved accounts without refund or prior notice.
13-) Character & Guild Naming Policy: Character, pet, or guild names containing profanity, political propaganda, hate speech, or staff impersonation prefixes will be renamed or banned.
14-) Server Maintenance & Updates: Rohan2 reserves the right to perform scheduled or unscheduled server maintenance, deploy patches, adjust balance mechanisms, or implement updates to preserve server health and performance.
15-) Client Integrity & Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse-engineering, modifying client pack files, or altering game executables without authorization is prohibited and protected under copyright laws.
16-) Payment Integrity & Chargebacks: Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized credit card use, or chargebacks on Item Shop orders will result in permanent hardware (HWID) banning and legal reporting.
17-) Disciplinary Sanctions: Violations of this Agreement or Community Rules may result in warnings, chat mutes, temporary suspensions, character rollbacks, or permanent account termination at management's discretion.
18-) Support Appeals: If a player believes a disciplinary action was executed in error, they may submit an appeal accompanied by verifiable evidence exclusively through the official Support Ticket system.
19-) Zero Tolerance on Commercial Fraud: In cases of confirmed external sales (RMT) or severe cheating tools, Rohan2 administration is not obligated to publish confidential telemetry logs or security mechanisms.
20-) Social Media & Community Channels: Defamation, coordinated smear campaigns, or disruptive misconduct conducted across Discord, YouTube, Instagram, or forums may result in corresponding in-game sanctions.
21-) External Advertising: Promoting other games, private servers, discord links, or competing gaming platforms inside Rohan2 or its official channels results in immediate permanent ban.
22-) Deceptive Shop Names: Setting private market titles with deceptive phrases such as "Quitting Game Sale" or fake price tags to defraud players will trigger punitive bans.
23-) Virtual Items & License Scope: In accordance with General Terms of Service (Art. 23), in-game currencies (Dragon Coins / EP), items, and accounts grant non-exclusive, revocable personal licenses of use only. All game data, accounts, and virtual assets remain the sole property of Rohan Global.
24-) Reservation of Rights: Rohan2 Game Services reserves the right to amend, update, or revise game rules and terms of service at any time without prior individual notice.
25-) Player Responsibility: Players are responsible for keeping abreast of revised terms published on the official website, forum, and patch notes.
26-) In-Game Commercial Spam: Discussing real-world transactions or spamming trade messages across public channels is prohibited and leads to account termination.
27-) Shared Account Liability: If an account is suspended due to rule infractions committed by any individual with access to the account, Rohan2 Game Services is not responsible for losses incurred by other users.
28-) Protection of Personal Data & Privacy Notice (KVKK / GDPR):
28.1-) Data Controller: Rohan2 Game Services acts as Data Controller and processes player data in compliance with international data privacy laws (KVKK No. 6698 & EU GDPR).
28.2-) Processed Data: Identification (username, account ID), contact information (email, phone number for verification), transaction security (IP address, connection timestamps, hardware IDs), and in-game logs.
28.3-) Purpose & Legal Grounds: Data is processed for contract fulfillment, anti-cheat enforcement, cybersecurity defense, statutory retention (Law No. 5651), and legal compliance.
28.4-) Data Transfers: Personal data is never commodified, sold, or rented to advertising networks. Data is shared strictly with licensed payment gateways (e.g. PayTR), authorized SMS gateways, and judicial authorities upon valid legal court orders.
29-) Commercial Electronic Messages & Notifications:
29.1-) Consent: Users who opt-in during registration or via control panel settings agree to receive informational SMS and email updates regarding server events, updates, and maintenance announcements.
29.2-) Registry: Commercial notification preferences are logged in accordance with applicable electronic communications regulations.
30-) Right of Opt-Out / Revocation:
30.1-) Unconditional Opt-Out: Players may unsubscribe from marketing notifications at any time free of charge.
30.2-) Channels: Unsubscribe options are accessible via user control panel SMS/email notification settings or direct support ticket request.
30.3-) Processing Period: Promotional transmissions are deactivated within three (3) business days of receiving the request (essential security alerts and OTP codes excluded).
31-) Data Subject Rights (GDPR / KVKK Art. 11):
Players hold the statutory right to request information regarding their personal data, rectify inaccurate records, request data erasure or anonymization under statutory terms, and petition the Data Controller via the official Support Ticket system. All verified inquiries are addressed free of charge within 30 days.
